Wipak Poland took over the operations of the distributor Maan at the end of 2005. Located near Wroclaw, the unit manufactures pouches and converts films supplied by other Wipak plants. The products are used in the food industry and for technical applications. Wipak Poland is also planning to supply products to the medical market segment in future. The company serves not only the Polish market, but is also looking to export to other European countries. It offers a wide variety of pouches as well as flexibility and rapid response with supplies of film rollstock. Wipak Poland has 30 employees.
