Constant monitoring and control plus swift and reliable testing are paramount in maintaining the consistent high quality of our films. Wipak runs in-house testing laboratories which operate in tune with production. Samples are taken continuously during ongoing production 24/7. They are quickly checked to make sure that the film properties, such as the barrier layer thickness, are up to specification, and that any necessary corrective action can be taken without delay.
Beside operating with state-of-the-art laboratory technology, we support our customers with all-round services. Standard specifications enable you to pass audits, and on request we will carry out additional analyses and tests, update material data sheets, prepare declarations of compliance and issue special certificates. This gives you the assurance of conforming to the latest regulatory codes and requirements at all times.
