Our state-of-the-art pilot packaging facility is equipped with everything required to convert theory into practice and to simulate field packaging operations. Thermoformers, high-end horizontal & vertical form/fill/seal (flowpack) machines, tray sealing equipment and vacuum chamber machines – all commonly used packaging machinery and equipment is available at our Wipak Walsrode site for extensive tests, trials and training sessions. In the course of development projects we test new pack designs as to their technical and practical feasibility, thus gaining valuable knowledge which we feed back into our ongoing development and upgrading programmes.
