Sales Manager, CIS Countries


For maintaining and developing clients and sales in the CIS food packaging market. We offer you an independent, challenging and rewarding work in a dynamic and active environment at the heart of the packaging solutions business.

As a Sales Manager CIS, you would be a part of the Nordic sales team, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director North Europe and have a full budget and sales responsibility for the CIS sales and area development primarily in the food industry (eg. fresh meat, fish, cheese, dryfood and ready meals).

You will focus on selling Wipak’s solutions in the distributor channel, finding, negotiating and developing new client relationships, preparing and negotiating offers and contracts, launching new products and applications and be responsible of trade fair shows participation together with our Brand management team. We would like you to support our international R&D department in innovation for your responsibility area. You will have a significant role in achieving an efficient and fruitful interaction with all Wipak Group companies/factories to ensure that all business opportunities across the group are exploited and processed in CIS Countries.

We expect

You will be an excellent match for the job and our team if you have a background as a packaging industry (multilayer films, plastic products, labels, cardboard box etc.), B2B salesperson, key account manager, or a similar background with CIS activities. A strong knowledge of packaging materials, product development in a project-oriented approach, an analytical interest in developing our clients’ businesses and good Russian and English language skills are essential for succeeding in this job.
